We offer free standard worldwide delivery on all of our other items to all major destinations, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in the world you live.
The average non-express arrival time is 10-15 working days. An order can, however, take anywhere between 10-29 working days, but is mainly dependent on your location.
Please allow an extra 10 working days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience.
Should your order take longer than 30 working days to arrive please contact us and we will resolve the issue for you.
In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive within 31 days of dispatch, you will be entitled to a full refund for the non-received items.
During peak holiday seasons, this refund period is extended to 45 working days. You may also be allowed to keep your purchase at no extra cost, at the discretion of the store manager.
All items can be refunded within 30 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please send us an email directly to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us that you'd like a refund.
Please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. Please note this MUST be provided for us to issue a refund in any circumstances. Please also ensure your name and order number are included on or inside the package.
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will do this whether or not we are able to give you a refund.
If your refund is approved (please see the exemptions and exceptions below), then a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 working days.
If you would prefer to exchange your order for another item, as long as it is in stock we will send it to you usually within 5 working days of receiving your return. If your requested item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss your options.
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed with us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
